Mayhem Seasoning Collection

Our entire seasoning line up including: Martian Dust,  Flavourous Maximus, Dirty Cayenna, Manic Mariachi, and Cornwall Steak Spice. 

Martian Dust: A great sweet and smokey dry rub/ marinade for pulled pork, ribs, chicken wings, venison, brisket, burnt ends, roasted potatoes, and gives a nice crust on walleye. Oh did I forget cheese curds?? We put this stuff on everything!!!

Flavourous Maximus: A Mediterranean seasoning that's great for roasted veggies, roasted potatoes, pasta sauce, fish, chicken, and a great base for salad dressings

Dirty Cayenna: A well balanced spicy cayenne pepper based seasoning. This seasoning is more about the flavour than the pain. Great in stir-frys, Chili, spicy pickles, or great on potatoe wedges and wings. 

Manic Mariachi: This all purpose Mexican seasoning is just that, all purpose. We've used it in everything from tacos, nachos, enchiladas, even slow cooker burrito bowls.  

Cornwall Steak Spice: This is our take on the famous Montreal Steak Spice. We are from Cornwall Ontario, and we created a well balanced seasoning combining Kosher salt, cracked pepper, mustard and dill seeds, lemon zest, chili powder and more. To say this is just a steak seasoning is an understatement. Try this on any roast, veggies, or seafood dish to bring out a powerful but light flavour profile.
