Martian Dust

Martian Dust:  Is our sweet and smokey all purpose seasoning/ rub.  It is a heavy brown sugar, garlic, paprika based rub. This seasoning goes great on chicken, pork shoulders and ribs, even on roasted potatoes! Oh did we forget cheese curds?! Yes, season up your cheese curds with this delicious all purpose flavour monster.
