We are from Cornwall Ontario, and we created a well balanced seasoning combining Kosher salt, cracked pepper, mustard and dill seeds, lemon zest, chili powder and more. To say this is just a steak seasoning is an understatement. Try this on any roast, veggies, or seafood dish to bring out a powerful but light flavour profile.
