Pulled Pork Perfection
(2-4 servings)
Ingredients:
• Sourdough bread
• Butter
• 1lb pulled pork
• 1 tbsp Martian Dust (available on our website)
• 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
• Double cream Brie
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1. Shred pulled pork then mix with BBQ sauce and Martian Dust seasoning in a medium bowl.
2. Butter 2 slices of bread on one side each. Slice the Brie and lay across 4-5 strips on the dry side of 1 piece of bread, buttered side facing down. Place a generous portion of the saucy pulled pork on top of the Brie. Sprinkle a handful of mozzarella/Monterey Jack/cheddar on to the pulled pork. Place the last piece of buttered bread on top, buttered side facing up.
3. Heat the frying pan/panini press/flattop to a medium-high heat. Grill the sandwich evenly on both sides until golden, crispy and the cheese has melted.
4. Enjoy! There should be enough mixture for 2-4 sandwiches.
